Rulesβ
Personal Gmail addresses are not used as company platform owners. admin@ is not exposed in public client communication. Aliases are documented with labels, filters, and Send mail as settings. Every critical account uses MFA and stored recovery methods.
Current Cloudflare decision: the empty Google-connected admin@ profile was deleted. A clean Cloudflare account was created using accounts@cloudberrie.com.
Future employee modelβ
Shared identities are temporary administrative identities. Each future employee receives an individual company email and individual platform account. Shared aliases remain for ownership, routing, billing, and continuityβnot daily human activity.
